About Kerry
Kerry Lepicek is an experienced dental hygienist with over 20 years of clinical practice. She works at Clinical Research Dental as a Clinical Specialist in Dental Hygiene and Education, and part-time in a general practice. Kerry’s expertise includes oral biofilm, halitosis, the oral-systemic connection, and the dental hygiene process of care. She is dedicated to educating both patients and dental professionals on health and wellness.
Kerry is actively involved in various dental organizations. She serves as a section editor for Women in Dentistry, is a member of the Research Advisory Committee for the Ontario Dental Hygienists’ Association (ODHA), and sits on the advisory board for AAOSH. She recently received the Distinguished Service Award from the ODHA for her outstanding contributions to the dental hygiene profession and the Association.

Course Outline
It's common knowledge that to have a highly profitable and patient-focused dental practice, you must have a hygiene team that is aligned philosophically with the goals of the practice. Patient education is crucial to treatment acceptance and must be perfected as well. This program will include take home tips and Monday morning actions that will be easy to implement by the dentist and their team.
