All reservations will be made, modified or canceled by individuals on-line at https://book.passkey.com/go/ArubaDentalConference or by calling Marriott’s Reservations Center toll free number: 888-788-5637.

Two (2) nights room and tax deposit will be charged at time of booking as the first night payment.

Resort fee & taxes: Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee of $65 per room per night. Rooms are subject to applicable fees and local taxes, 12.5% Government Tax, and $3.50 per room per night Environmental and AHATA Levy are in effect at the time of check-out. Porterage gratuities are $8.00 per person round trip. Housekeeping gratuities are $4.00 per room, per day. All fees subject to change.

Cancelation of Reservations: Individual room reservation cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date without penalty. Cancellations that occur inside the 30 day period shall forfeit an advance deposit equal to two (2) night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Fee: Hotel may charge attendees – as liquidated damages and not a penalty – a $479.00 fee as compensation for the harm caused to Hotel by unscheduled early departures (an “Early Departure Fee”). An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified Hotel by 12:00 midnight the day after check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
