Please note: Staff registrants must be accompanied by a registered doctor. Limit 2 staff per registered dentist.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are granted if notification of cancellation is received by November 1st, 2026. If cancellation occurs between November 2nd, 2026 and December 13th, 2026 a $250 cancellation fee will be withheld for processing and administrative costs. No refunds will be granted for cancellations occurring after December 14th, 2026. Clinical Research Dental is under no obligation to reimburse participants for airline, hotel reservations or any other costs.
