Please note: Staff registrants must be accompanied by a registered doctor. Limit 2 staff per registered dentist.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are granted if notification of cancellation is received by October 18th, 2026. If cancellation occurs between October 19th, 2026 and November 27th, 2026, a $250 cancellation fee will be withheld for processing and administrative costs. No refunds will be granted for cancellations occurring after November 28th, 2026.

Clinical Research Dental is under no obligation to reimburse participants for airline cancellations, flight delays, travel disruptions, hotel reservations, or any other expenses incurred. Registration fees are non-refundable outside of the stated cancellation terms, regardless of travel-related circumstances.
